You do not know me but I understand that you are considering listing your property with Brian Teyssier of ERA Showcase Homes. We recently used Brian’s services to purchase a home then put the daunting task of having him sell our current home before we move. We were realistic about the price that Brian’s CMA showed us, and agreed on what we all felt was a solid “motivated seller” price. We put it on the market Monday and before ERA could even get a sign in the yard we had 2 agents show it and an offer. Wednesday came and ERA got the sign up then Brian brought a buyer Thursday and he brought another offer at the same time. They were both full price offers, Brian suggested we ask both parties for their “highest and best”. The other offer came up $5k, which is what the market suggested would be a good price. Brian got his customer to not only waive all inspections but come up $5k too! We could not believe this was happening, we obviously went with the $145k with no inspection/contingencies and signed the paperwork Monday, exactly 1 full week from the day it went on the market. Brian tells us that there was still more agents that wanted to show it. I would use Brian and ERA’s services again and do recommend them.

When my fiancée and I met Brian at an open house, we were sure that buying time was still a year away. I had just opened a new insurance office and we had limited savings. I figured a large down payment and closing costs would be required in cash. Brian knew better and gave us the name of a mortgage broker who had helped a couple in a similar situation. To our surprise we were preapproved for a no money down loan, and for more than we had thought we would qualify for!
